My advise with this recipe is to be creative. Butter is a wonderful asset in the kitchen when it is premixed with spices and herbs. Another ingredient that I always mix into this recipe is a good quality olive oil. The olive oil takes this fabulous spiced butter and amps it up to a perfect 10. While whipping up your own spiced garlic butter, throw in a few tablespoons of olive oil and everything you slather and saute will definitely cook up easier, tastier, and healthier. Have fun & enjoy!
